What does it cost to rent a room or hall?

What is included in the rent?
Projector and screen are always included. Additional technical equipment costs extra.
Can I rent microphones?
Yes, you can rent the speech package which includes two wireless microphones.
Where can I order tea/coffee or lunch?
Food and tea/coffee for your conference is ordered through our event coordinator evenemang@afborgen.se
Where is tea/coffee or lunch served?
Tea and coffee is served in connection to the meeting rooms. Lunch is served at our restaurant on the first floor.
What is your cancellation policy?
When canceling you are charged 10% of the rent (minimum 500 SEK). When canceling later than four weeks prior to your booking you’ll be charged 75% of the rent. When canceling later than two weeks prior to your booking you’ll be charged the whole rent.

When do you have access to your booking?
You have access to your booking between 3 PM – 3 AM. If you wish to have access earlier contact bokning@afborgen.se.
Is cleaning included in the rent?
Ordinary cleaning is included. However, you have to take out your own garbage.
Can you rent a music system?
Yes, you can rent the party package. It includes top and bass speakers, a mixer with the possibility to connect your own computer/phone (3,5 mm connector), and disco lamps.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you can.
Will there be a host from AF-borgen during the night?
Yes, a host will be available during all events in the house.
Are you allowed to bring your own decorations?
Yes, as long as you take them down as well. OBS! Confetti is prohibited!
Can you bring your own food?
No, our own restaurant is the only one that provides food and drinks in AF-borgen.
Can you bring your own alcohol?
Yes, it is allowed to serve your own alcohol when it’s a closed guestlist. Alcohol served to a guest under 20 years of age is not allowed.
